Jared and Christine. Where to begin? Christine, you’ve been like a sister to us—oh wait, you are. And Jared it’s like we’ve known you all our lives—oh wait, we have…at least since 7th grade when Christine’s big brother brought a friend home from school. That’s right. Jared met Christine when he was in 7th grade and she a few years younger. At the time she didn’t really have a name, but instead was “Daniel’s little sister.” It’s okay though because Jared’s name was “Daniel’s friend from school.” But not for long…

Sweet burgandy and blush pink flower bouquets at the Guest Book Table | www.EvermooreFilms.comJared grew up coming over to Christine’s house to hang out with the boys, watch scary movies, and eat ice cream. During that time, Christine was busy managing the family news through her own newspaper published bi-weekly and scheming how she could get dad to buy a cat all her own. Finally, after a bet of 100 sit-ups in one sitting, she won! And the cat, Ginny, entered the scene. Little did Jared know what was in store for him!

Father of the Bride and Mother of the Bride praying with the bride before her big day! | www.EvermooreFilms.comFast-forward to college and beyond. Both Jared and Christine ended up coming back to their hometown to settle down into jobs. With busy lives comes the need for vacation and what a better way to relax than some good old fashioned camping! Daniel organized a trip, but needed someone to escort his “little sisters” —Christine and Katy—and watch over them so the bears didn’t eat them, so Jared agreed to drive them up and keep an eye on them. Somehow, though, he just couldn’t take his eye off Christine and even after the camping trip and multiple “Jared, will you help my family move this? Jared, can you come help lift that?” he just couldn’t quite stay away!

Lovely outdoor ceremony at local golf course, complete with flower garnished arbor | www.EvermooreFilms.comBoth adventurous and outdoor people at heart, Jared popped the question to Christine at Windwolves Nature Reserve and the ring made it official! And in the blink of an eye Jared and Christine were both getting ready on their wedding day, complete with cat and all. The joke was that when Jared asked Christine’s dad if he could marry her he said “Not without the cat.” So dad made sure to seal the deal and hand over the cat cage during his speech at the wedding reception!

Now living happily ever after, with the newly inherited cat, Jared and Christine were both so happy to get married and so thankful for their family and friends who were able to come and celebrate with them the first day of their marriage. May you two love each other more every day and always remember this special day through film of the wonderful day you got ‘“meowied.”
